Summer gigs & general update…

We’ve had a busy old time of it over the Summer, gigging and recording.  The addition of Louby-Lou early in the year has meant that we’ve developed our vocal harmonies beyond anything we’d expected and the recent move from part-time to full-time member by harmonicist Rhys has given us a new edge.  We continue to work with Jon Harper both as a producer and by drawing on his vast musical knowledge to assist with song arrangements.  We also occasionally work with other musicians to draw the very best out of our songs.

The gigs we’ve played have been largely and sometimes surprisingly successful and we’re talking to promoters at the moment about continuing this run into the Autumn and Winter months. 

Our next aim is to get some airplay for our singles, initially on Radio Derby’s Folkwaves show, so please drop them a line encouraging them to play our songs!
